The Late Financier’s Brother Reacts to Newly Released Emails Linking Jeffrey Epstein to Donald Trump
A fresh release of Jeffrey Epstein’s emails has renewed scrutiny of his association with Donald Trump. The messages, unveiled by House Democrats, suggest a deeper connection than previously acknowledged, prompting Epstein’s brother, Mark, to speak publicly for the first time.
Historical photos from February 2000 illustrate this link, showing Trump, his then-girlfriend Melania Knauss, Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell together at Mar-a-Lago.
One notable email from April 2011 refers to Trump as “the dog that hasn’t barked” and alleges an unnamed victim spent “hours at my house with him.” This correspondence was part of a vast collection of over 23,000 documents submitted to Congress.
Further intrigue comes from a 2015 exchange with journalist Michael Wolff. As Trump’s presidential campaign advanced, Wolff advised Epstein on how to respond if questioned, suggesting he could let Trump “hang himself” or later “save him, generating a debt.”
A particularly concerning email from January 2019 claims, “Donald… knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop.” The context is unclear, but the implication has intensified public scrutiny.
In response, Trump has attacked the credibility of the email release. His Press Secretary asserted he removed Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for being “a pedophile and a creep,” denying any wrongdoing.
With thousands of documents now public, observers suspect more revelations may emerge, ensuring the scandal remains in the spotlight.
