Michael J. Fox, diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at 29, has spent decades defying expectations. The “Back to the Future” star, now 64, continues to be celebrated for his remarkable courage and enduring humor.
He recently shared personal challenges, stating he wakes up and receives “the message of what the day is gonna be like.” Fox explained he adapts to new physical challenges daily and now uses a wheelchair frequently, noting it took some adjustment.
A significant change is that he no longer walks regularly. Fox revealed this is due to the danger of falling, having suffered multiple serious injuries, including a broken elbow and hand, in a short period.
