Donald Trump gives ‘nice and wet’ explanation about household appliances and people are seriously confused

Donald Trump left audiences perplexed during a Florida press conference when he veered from discussing his new “Alligator Alcatraz” migrant detention center to launch into an impassioned rant about water pressure. The 79-year-old president revisited his long-standing grievance with federal water-conservation standards during Tuesday’s event.

Trump criticized Obama-era restrictions on water flow, boasting about his April executive order to “make America’s showers great again.” He complained about faucets with weak pressure, saying: “You have to stand in the shower for 20 minutes before you get the soap out of your hair.”

The president then bizarrely shifted to washing machines, claiming they use insufficient water. Holding up a water bottle, he declared: “People need ten of these bottles” to do laundry. He added that water “comes down from heaven” before praising his decision to bring back black plastic straws.

Social media erupted with reactions to the odd tangent. Many questioned Trump’s laundry expertise, with one user joking: “This dude hasn’t washed anything his whole life.” Others mocked his understanding of appliance mechanics.

Some supporters agreed with his stance, with one admitting: “The old [washing machines] work better.” Another praised his focus on domestic issues: “It’s the little things that matter.”

The rambling comments came during Trump’s visit to Florida’s Everglades, where he unveiled a controversial migrant detention facility surrounded by alligators and pythons to prevent escapes.

While Trump frequently criticizes water regulations, this latest outburst particularly highlighted his tendency to diverge from prepared remarks into personal pet peeves, leaving both critics and supporters scratching their heads.
