Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has shared a heartfelt message for young couples. Her husband was shot and killed in September while on stage at a university event.
During a recent interview, Erika revealed a deeply personal wish she had following the tragedy. She disclosed that when Charlie was murdered, she was praying she was pregnant with their third child.
The couple, who already have a three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son, had wanted four children. Erika described a new baby as what would have been the “ultimate blessing” from the catastrophe.

Erika emphasized that a career can always be resumed later in life. However, she stressed that the opportunity to have children is more time-sensitive.

Following his death, Erika has vowed that her husband’s voice and legacy will continue. She previously told their daughter that Charlie is on a “work trip with Jesus.”
