State of Mexico. – a serious multi-vehicle accident occurred on the Mexico–Querétaro Highway, at kilometer 059+000 in Huehuetoca, State of Mexico, On Wednesday, November 20. The crash involved a large trailer that failed to stop in time, slamming into several vehicles. According to preliminary reports, the trailer was headed toward Mexico City when, near the Jorobas intersection, the driver lost control. The unit struck a roadside bank before colliding with five passenger cars and a pickup truck, triggering a chain-reaction crash. Authorities urged motorists to maintain safe speeds, allow greater braking distances in wet weather, and regularly check brakes. The incident served as a strong reminder of how rapidly road conditions can turn dangerous.
