would include \u201cThousands of dollars, for individuals of moderate income.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent previously revealed that the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/11\/12\/us-news\/treasury-secretary-suggests-2000-tariff-rebate-will-go-to-families-making-under-100k-per-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proposed $2,000 tariff dividend checks<\/a>&nbsp;for American citizens would be awarded, but noted that the idea was only \u201cin discussion.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
